How It Works
1. Call Premiere Computer Solutions to determine the best solution
2. Schedule on-site repair or walk through Microsoft Shared Views steps with technician.
3. User (has internet connection) clicks link to download Microsoft Shared View tool below.
4. Click download file. (Pop-Up Blockers may block the download. May sure you allow site on Pop-Up Blockers)
5. Click Save to save it to a location on your computer. (Desktop or My Documents recommended)
6. Once tool is downloaded to user desktop, Then double click icon to run.
7. Run through the default settings installing Microsoft Shared View on your computer (This is a very unobtrusive program that can be easily uninstalled afterwards if desired.
8. Once installed start Microsoft Shared View and click join a session.
9. Now the technician will give you a password to enter and connect to your pc.
